How far will I walk?
Up to about 400 m. Pickups sit on the driver's route.
Can I pick my driver?
No. Your request goes to every verified driver going your way, and the first to accept takes you.
What if no driver accepts?
Nothing is charged. Try an earlier time, or a wider drop-off.
Can I ride with friends?
Each person requests; up to 4 passengers per car.
Do tokens expire?
Not while your account is active.
