Who sees what

What the other person sees: your first name, your photo and how many trips you've done. Passengers also see the driver's car, plate and any Priority badge. Drivers see where you're starting and going, and any Priority badge.

What they never see: your surname, phone number, Ghana Card, emergency contact or rating. Phone numbers typed into the chat are hidden.

Ratings: nobody sees anyone else's rating, and the person you rate never sees what you gave them. Your own score is on Profile, and Ratings you received lists the week, the stars and the words chosen, never who gave them or on which trip. If one seems unfair, tap Dispute within 30 days.

Someone buying you a gift: they type your number and see your first name, the first letter of your surname and your photo, so they can check it's you.

Lift staff: only staff who review identities see your Ghana Card. On a monitored trip, the Lift safety desk sees the live route, the car and both of you. More in the Privacy Policy.
