Publish a journey and pick up passengers

Add your route once: Today → Your routes → Add route. Choose where you start and where you're going, then tap Save route.

Publish: Today → Publish a journey. Choose the route, when you're leaving and the seats to offer, then tap Publish journey. A journey can take up to 4 passengers, and you can't publish for the hours Lift is closed.

Take requests: passengers on your route appear in Requests, with their walk, the distance you'd share and the points it earns. Tap Accept or Decline. The first driver to accept gets the lift.

On the road: tap Start journey and keep your ride code on screen. At each pickup the app marks you as arrived, or you can tap Arrived, and each passenger confirms with the code. Tap Dropped off at each drop-off, then Complete journey.

If a passenger doesn't come: the wait starts when you arrive. When it ends, tap No-show & continue. Their seat is released, they pay the no-show fee and you earn wait points.

Priority: a strong record earns you the Priority badge: enough verified trips and ratings, a high score, few cancellations and good punctuality. It's worked out every night and comes back by itself if you lose it and meet the bar again. When free seats outnumber requests, Priority drivers see new requests first.
