Pickups and waiting

Pickups sit on the driver's route, up to about 400 m from where you asked, so drivers never leave their road.

The app shows the driver's ETA and nudges you when it's time to head to the pickup. Once the car arrives, it waits 5 minutes. After that the driver can leave and a no-show fee of 5 tokens applies.

If your driver is more than 5 minutes late, you can cancel for free.
