If no driver accepts

Your request stays open until 20 minutes after the time you chose, and Finding your driver counts it down. You don't need to stay on that screen: we send a notification when a driver accepts.

A driver who publishes a journey on your route while your request is open can still take it, so keep waiting even if the screen says no drivers are on your route yet.

If nobody accepts, the app says No driver this time. Nothing was charged: tokens are only held once a driver accepts. Tap Request again and try:

• a different time
• a wider Drop me up to distance
• a different starting point nearby

You can stop looking at any time with Cancel request. It's free until a driver accepts.
