Help · Requesting & pickup
How matching works
You never browse or choose a driver. You say where you're going, and drivers already heading that way see your request.
Asking: on Home, tap the route under Where to?. Choose where you're starting, where you're going and when. The app shows the most the lift can cost. Tap Broadcast my request.
Who sees it: drivers with a published journey leaving around that time, whose route passes within about 400 m of where you're starting. Finding your driver shows how many were told. The first to accept takes you, and you then see their face, car and plate.
Going most of the way: Drop me up to lets a driver who isn't going all the way take you. Choose Exact only, or a distance of up to 5000 m. You only pay for the km you share, and once matched the app shows where you'll be dropped.
At busy times: when requests outnumber free seats, passengers with a strong record reach drivers first and others follow soon after. A request that's waiting moves up, so nobody is left out. When free seats outnumber requests, Priority drivers see your request a little before other drivers.
