Download your data

Profile → Download my data. Your browser opens and saves a ZIP file you can open or share. The link only works for a short time, so if it has run out, tap Download my data again.

What's inside: your account, trips, tokens and points, ratings as you see them, messages you sent, reports you made and your profile photo. It comes as a full data file and a short PDF summary.

What's left out:

• signals we use to prevent fraud
• reports other people made about you, to protect them
• who you're kept apart from in matching
• notes by Lift staff, and who handled your case
• secrets such as your PIN and sign-in codes
• Ghana Card and document photos: ask support for any still held

To ask us to correct something, call the support number in the app. To close your account, see Delete your account. The Privacy Policy lists your rights.
