Redeem points as MoMo cash

1. Wallet → Redeem points, then MoMo cash.
2. Choose an amount. Goes to shows your payout number, and cash can't go anywhere else.
3. Type your account PIN and tap the Cash out button.
4. Type the code sent to your MoMo number and tap Confirm.

The cash is sent at once, and there's no limit on how much you can cash out.

When our team checks it first: your first cash-out, a cash-out soon after a new phone, a PIN change or a new payout number, and any cash-out on an account with a flag on it. This usually takes up to one working day.

If it doesn't arrive: look under Your redemptions in Wallet.

• Under review: our team is checking it.
• Sending: it's with your network.
• Failed or rejected: your points are back in your wallet, and we text you the reason.
• Done but no money in your wallet: call the support number in the app with the reference on that line.

Not you? If you get a text about a cash-out you didn't ask for, freeze your account straight away.
