Cancelling a lift

Before a driver accepts: tap Cancel request on Finding your driver. It's free.

After a driver accepts: open the trip and tap Cancel. The app tells you what it will cost before you confirm.

• Free until your driver starts the journey.
• 5 tokens once your driver is on the way.
• Free again if your driver is more than 5 minutes late.
• Free for the first 60 seconds after a match that drops you short of your destination.

If your driver cancels: you pay nothing. Your tokens are released and your request goes back out to other drivers, as long as it's still open.

If you can't make it: cancel rather than stay silent. A missed pickup is a no-show, which costs 5 tokens and keeps your driver waiting.
